JAEMS Yes! Please bring back the Bookmark folder! Otherwise, a beautiful app, as usual. (Version 3.0.1) |

APFHEX Like other reviewers, I think the removal of the bookmarks drawer was a HUGE MISTAKE. This feature needs to return, I don't care if it's a drawer or sidebar or whatever. My FTPing involves a lot of changing directories and has become far, far slower with this new version of Cyberduck. =/ The way bookmarks work now is even more useless in that they open a new window. However, Cyberduck remains one of the better free FTP options. (Version 3.0.1) |

POLYFADE i've never had complete success with cyberduck and my shared servers at bluehost. new to cyberduck v3, it always fails in the middle of uploading files (in passive mode.) i've trashed cyberduck's application support files and prefs. still, the same problem exists. i've tried on 2 different macs on different networks, both running os 10.5.2. using transmit, i've had no problems whatsoever. so, what might be the cause? RSOLDIN Where’s the fly out. I have been moving over to Cyberduck in the last month or so and really liked the way it handles my tasks. But when I downloaded and started up 3.0 I found the fly out window/menu is gone. That is one of the best parts about this program. Even the screenshot on this page shows it, weird that they would show something that is not there. I’ll be using 2.85 until I decide if I should go back to my other ftp software. (Version 3.0) |
